Lisa Caress-Beu owns and operates Celtic Treasures, a retail Celtic import store in Anchorage, Alaska. She has loved faeries for many years.

Anne Freitag

Anne Freitag is a librarian with an interest in history. She also designs and makes costumes, and does many other crafty things.

The first fairy house has shingles made from pine cones, and an acorn roof cap. The second one is thatched with feathers, and has an LED candle shining through the sea glass window.

Making Fairy Houses

(2 hours)

Learn about fairy houses and how to build them for either indoor or outdoor habitats. This is a make-and-take class, so you will have one to take home. We’ll have supplies, but bring natural and quirky materials that you might like to incorporate.

For ages 12 and up. Class size limit: 10 people. CLASS HAS BEEN FILLED.
